Pimp the pig

Ok people, I'm going to do it and nobody can stop me! I am going to buy a very cheap electric and pimp it to be a reliable guitar that I can use to give guitar lessons. I will not change the neck, but all the usuall pimpabilitys will be done. It is a Yamaha ERG121 and the first thing will be pups..it is H.S.H and I want to know what would be the best BKPs to chuck in. I am teaching allsorts of styles so versatility is the name of the game, I am imagining that Nailbombs will be chucked in by you guys first and at the mo I'm thinking that it's between them and the Warpigs But what could sit in the middle? I don't know maybe I am way off with the the humbuckers.. What I want sound wise is a strat and a Les paul and a shred meister all in one, Obviously it has got a 5 way switch. Next to compliment the new pups new electrics will go in, where do I get these from and what do I look for? Next locking machine heads, I think that I already have this sussed. And then down to the nut, any suggestions? Then it will be set up and finished with a set of 11s or skinny top heavy bottom slinkys and a set up and shine.
All suggestions are welcome. P.S Tim I have moved back down to Devon(Torrington) and I was wondering if there is anyone local who does good guitar set ups)?

I haven't had any work done there myself, but, Fiddlesticks in the Torrington pannier market has a good rep, couple of friends swear by them.

I'm thinking Mule (neck)/Apache/Nailbomb would cover you're bases, but you'd have some fun balancing the Nailbomb and Apache. Still, with teaching I doubt you'll be doing much pup switching mid-song, but then, I've never taught.

My reasons for picking the pups is that the Mule would take care of your LP rock/clean needs (as much as possible), the Apache in the middle should blend nicely with both pups and can get you some tasty middle pickup twang, while the Nailbomb will allow you to crank it should the need arise. I'm sure everyone will have differing opinions on this though, and you should probably listen to working teachers more than others.
Hoble Guitars. Mule + MM so far.

Please note that I chopped the Yamaha in for a Dean Evo as it is one of the nicest cheap guitars I have ever played and will now be pimping it with a set of WARPIGS.
