Hi, i have a strat and i want to put trilogies in the neck and middle and a humbucker in the bridge. i was thinking the nailbomb. how would they do together? i already have a miracle man im my gibson so i dont want to get another one for my strat.

my strat has an alder body and rosewood fretboard.

also i was thinking maybe getting p90s instead of trilogies and nailbomb.

my friend has p90s in his strat and said it was awesome.

Hi, I have a nailbomb and trilogy HSS set. It is in a swamp ash body with a redwood cap. The neck is maple with an ebony fingerboard. Depending what you are playing, it is a very 80's sort of sound (though this is what I wanted!).

I have an alder PRS EG (from 91) with the rosewood fingerboard and I have a crawler and 2 P-90 set that is unbelievable for rock and blues. It was the 2nd set of pickups that I got from Tim and everyone who hears it thinks they sound amazing.

Depending on what you play, either set works well. Also the Cold Sweat and Trilogies sound great too.

Hi

I have this setup, I really love the trilogies for clean playing. You can add quite a bit of gain to the trilogies and they stay clean and loud so its ideal when you switch pickups and you don't want the massive volume drop.

Also the nailbomb to my ears is a edgey pickup, its the best pickup Ive used but Ive only tried the holy diver, JB4, Evolutions. I would rate it as a being a pickup which makes it easier to play. You know some of these pickups you really have to hammer on really hard to get that sound.
