Stormy mondays in prs
« on: July 01, 2012, 02:31:00 PM »
Hi all.

Sorry to spam. I've posted a couple of clips of my 175 with stormy mondays in, thought I'd post a link to this one which is my prs hollowbody with the same p/us in. Hopefully it illustrates the difference in the different guitars, and how the stormy mondays really let the sound of the guitar through. I really like them.

That was once again lovely
I really love the Stormy Monday - it is the best clean toned BKP humbucker IMO.

Yeah, I really like the SM too. Really articulate but still really warm. If you've got a guitar with a good acoustic sound, it's a great choice.

They also break up very well, especially if you want a fluid, slash type tone - if you want to retain the clarity with the gain.

BTW Feline, just had a look at your website - that 20th ann Lion looks awesome. What are the specs/price likely to be? Are you going for a vintage les paul type sound and vibe, or more modern?

Lovely jazzy tones as in your other clips. Thumbs up!
