definitely between alnico nailbomb and holy diver for arch enemy
unless you have a massive farty amp, like a rectifier or triamp, but a tube screamer still would save the day
classic arch enemy tone is Michael's duncan JB and Christopher's stock caparison PH-R (both alnico 5) and tube screamer into peavey amps
the emerald has similar specs to the PH-R, but might be in the stock dragon II tone ballpark
I love how low output BKPs sound under heavy gain, but I wouldn't go lower than that for this type of tone and gain texture
a boosted riff raff does arch enemy like a champ in a gibson or PRS, but doesn't sound like arch enemy
search for some other low output pickup metal lovers and check how you like their tones...
what converted me was Jon Schaffer's BKP and WCR tones on Framing Armageddon and The Crucible Man albums
he used a couple hotter models like the holy diver, maybe a nailbomb here and there, but it's mostly PAF oriented pickups around 8k-10k
