Anyone heard of the EMG SPC & EXG tone controls.
« on: November 15, 2012, 12:53:27 PM »
This is the stuff gilmour uses - with EMG active pups of course.
The SPC - Strat Presence Control increases the kids and gain and decreases the highs for solos & the EXG s oops the tone smiley face style.  At 0 they are bypassed.
I'm putting asset into a practice strat with slow hands to try it out before going into the main project with the Irish Tours.
But any thoughts or comments or advice????

You asked a question about these recently - to which I amongst others replied - by all means add to that thread rather than starting a new one on the same subject.

We'll be interested to hear what results you get - but keeping the discussion in one thread makes it easier to follow and read
