Bare Knuckle For Tele
« on: November 23, 2012, 08:34:54 PM »
Just a quick post to see if anyone can reccomend me which Tele pickup to choose. I play in an Alt. Rock band, similar to Biffy Clyro, Manchester Orchestra, Foo Fighters etc.. I'm looking for a lot of crunch and beef but still nice cleans. Anyone able to help me out?

Cheers!

I would look at the Blackguard 50 and 52 too. The BG50 has 10k and can rock properly, retaining the early fifties teletones.
Mules, VHII, Crawler, MM's, IT's, BG50's.

BG 50 or 52, with a 4-way switch.
Have: Crawlers, BGF 50/52s, Mules, ABomb, RiffRaff
Had : Slowhands (n&m), Trilogy (b)

The Blackguard Flat '50 would be ideal here

Boss is a good one
considering the bands listed, i agree.

Agree with some of the others here, I think a BG 50 would work best. Boss wouldn't be terrible either.
