I'm not sure, I haven't heard anything. It wouldn't surprise me either way though!

I'd like an Alnico 5 mule type pickup and I'd like a ceramic Rebel Yell (the RY has less offset between the coils than the Cold Sweat) as well as mini HBs and a Firebird pickup

I'd like an Alnico 5 mule type pickup

wouldn't that be the neck vhII?
offset coils, about 8.3k, 42 awg plain enamel, long a5 magnet
tried it in the bridge before installing a regular mule, and it definitely sounded similar, but leaning towards the riff raff tone

after pairing a dimarzio k10 (70's version of the super 2) with a warpig in a gibson V, I'd love to have something in that ballpark from bkp
one of the only non-bkp humbuckers I really liked (after becoming a bkhead)
I think it was 8.9k and had a huge ceramic magnet
very thick and clear sounding pickup with a huge sustain and output without sounding harsh or nasal like most dimarzios
maybe the blackhawk should cover that, but I was wondering about a ceramic black dog or something
Riff Raff, Mules, Black Dog, VHII's, Cold Sweat

I really like the BKP range, it's quite wide actually and I'm not feeling I'm missing anything.

Except for one thing: A mini humbucker, like the PRS Narrowfield. I would buy that in a heart beat, but I'm sure the market will be quite small for a product like that.

The range is quite complete, except for a minihumbucker. Maybe a Bluenote in hb-size too. Totally the dog bollocks would be a double tele-bridge with Blackguard 50 and a Countryboy. Would be fun to toggle between them.
Mules, VHII, Crawler, MM's, IT's, BG50's.

Oh cr@p! I was just about to place an order for a neck VHII to put in the bridge of my PRS... now all this talk of new pickups for 2013 is making me have second thoughts  :x  Wish Tim would give us a hint or two...

Hi guys
q: p
CUrrently i own 4 guitars. Fender with nailbombs, charvel with duncan custom and jbjr, ibanez 7 s with dmzs d activator 7 and air norton and a jackson with 81-60 emgs.

from thr bkp range, i think i they came pretty CLOSE from what i was looking for as a custom pickup. Its the AFtermath. at least from their description. Except for the highs. those arent what i was looking for.
Tight and deep Bass. just a tad tighter than the nailbomb . Eq wise speaking ill give it a number 6.

Middles, will be all over the place. crunchy, grinding and percurssive. i havent tried a bkp that has those middles i want/described. THe only pickup that comes close to it is the duncan CUSTOM CUSTOM.  EQ wise speaking ill give it a number 8 or 7. it will depend on the high middles.
and the highs, i want them to sound Ultra Singing, swinging and Sweet. smooth also. open and a warm. Think The Painkiller .. a similar voice and feel . They shouldnt SCREAM, instead they must SING.
Ill give it a number 8 too.
The output would be a bit more than the nailbomb.  and it would have to be a balanced and sweet CLEAN tone.

Thats my dream pickup.
Is it possible to be done by the BKP Team!?!?!

aftermath's bottom end isn't exactly deep
even the cold sweat has a deeper bass (compared in a straight swap)

you want a ceramic nailbomb with the holy diver mids
Riff Raff, Mules, Black Dog, VHII's, Cold Sweat

I'd like to see a 'wide range' split pick-up a la Tele Custom style (but in a regular humbucker size too). I'm actually considering a different UK-made pick-up maker because I really want this style of pick-up in one of my guitars.
