Any idea of a good compromise ??
« on: December 07, 2012, 09:57:04 PM »
Greetings from Sweden  :P

Locking for a good compromise in choice of a pickup for my 1978 Greco V and 1982 Greco LP.

I play everything from 80's hair/heavy metal to modern metal (sound and style),
and thats why i want to find a pickup good enough for all my styles.

I dont use any dist/overdrive pedals and love pinch harmonics,
so i guess its a high demand on pickups sound quality and response.

Suggestions?

Best regards

Thanx for answering =]

Mahogany in both guitars and they sounds very different,
but i like it - a strong resonant tones in booth.

My rack is: Rocktron ProGAP V2 --> TC Gmajor2 --> Rocktron Velocity 300 --> 2 4x12 cabs.

Have a good day to U all...
