You guys remember those silly cults in America who did stupid stuff for the year 2000? I think there was a suicide cult who killed themselves at midnight or something?

The one that really sticks in my mind was the cult who got rid of all their worldly possessions, spent all their money, and then waited for the Aliens to pick them up just as the rest of the world was going to be obliterated.

They interviewed one of them a week later, he said he felt "pretty foolish".  :lol:

Once had a Djam where these guys turned up...I hid my clarinet behind the sofa...
