Stolen car, Manchester
« on: January 03, 2013, 03:02:38 PM »
Afternoon all. A relative of one of my friends has had their 'second love' stolen whilst he was visiting his sick wife in hospital. Would be grand if the northern based guys on here could keep their eyes out (assuming the car wasn't stolen to order etc)

A thoroughly despicable act and one that makes me angry just reading it.

I think I hate being indecisive.

Its quite a distinctive car. Hopefully he will get it back from that toerag!

Yeah - that's what I am thinking too. Whoever stole it would have to be an even bigger cretin if they tried to sell it on to a genuine collector/hobbyist - unless they have already broken it for parts of course.

Poor guy. There are some nasty pieces of garbage living among us-lets hope the car is found and the scumbag who took it caught and dealt with.

Stuff like this almost brings a tear to my eye. To think of the years of care that the poor guy has dedicated to his car, and then some cretinous scum-bag goes and steals it.... Makes me think violent thoughts.

I REALLY hope he manages to get the car back unscathed. Would break my heart if someone took it apart and sold the parts.

Sadly it's likely to be some thoughtless scrote who's knicked it for kicks. Moggies are not high value cars, nor are their component parts. Sad.
