There is nothing wrong with liking two (or more) different tones - that's why the HSS set up is still popular.
To quote: "tight, articulate, not too bright and with a lot of mids and low end so the guitar really kan growl".
That to me rules out the Emerald which has been described as the brightest in the vintage hot range.
The Warpig would succeed in the lot of mids and low end departments. The questionmark would be on the tightness and how tight you want your sound to be.
I have no idea about the Black Hawk.
Have you considered the Alnico Nailbomb?
