I am away for a few days in Rome so I hope you guys can get along without me. Behave yourselves ( Sambo, Indy). I'll check you out on Myspace Dooogz. The rest of you, keep practising, I don't want any slacking just 'cos the Beatle is away.

I love Rome, I was there again between Xmas and New Year.  I hope you had seafood there.  The real problem you will have is finding italian food as good in England (and forget here!).

I know what you mean Phil- I am always a bit wary of seafood having been badly affected by it once however the Italian food was sublime and bears little relation to what passes as Italian here.

glad you had fun... i wanna go back to italy sometime.... like you said... the food is just glorious.... dont agree with you about the people tho lol- trying going skiing/snowboarding in italy- the locals will crucify you....

You guys liked Rome?  Weird.  I hated it.  Of all the places I've visited--out of about a dozen countries--Italy was my least favourite.  But it could be because it was around the time Bush invaded Iraq and the Italians thought we were Americans.  We were overcharged, lied to, insulted, and even spat at.  :(  Never, ever going back.

yer see- italians are right bar-stewards...

the country itself however, is magnificent..

they should hand over the land to a more worthy people, like the english for example.

when i was boarding there, little kids used to try and push in front of me in cues, and when they could get past, their parents would come along and start cursing me in italian...

of course not ALL italians are bar-stewards, like our instructor who was an EXACT replica of hulk hogan.... what a dude

You mean in Pew Jersey? ;)

There's GREAT Italian food to be had in NY, so I KNOW you can't be talking about here!!!
