Bridge humbucker for a strat
« on: January 18, 2013, 07:35:55 AM »
At the moment a got a Stormy Monday bridge in my strat paired with two Apaches and I find the SM a bit on the bright side so I have been thinking about changing it for something else. The guitar has an alder body, maple neck and rosewood fretboard. Which pickup do you think would give the guitar a little less brightness but still match up with the Apaches?
Mississippi Queens, Stormy Monday/Apaches, Emeralds, Nailbomb (bridge)

A Mule yes, but if you want a great split with the Apache, I would consider the Abraxas too.
