what exactly do you mean by "not enough"? EMGs are crazy hot, and if they're not hot enough, odds are there's something wrong with the rest of your gear or you're using unsuitable equipment for the tones you want to achieve. What's the rest of the gear you're using?

You need to give us more details and info I am afraid.

I think your your english skills might not be sufficient enough to express something like what you want from a pickup, I mean no offence, sound is hard to describe even if you are very good with a language.
You might want to try Google Translate. Works better than you think and could help us along here.
I have had pretty good experiences with it in the past.
It is not perfect, but I think it will help very much to get your ideas across.

And to try and prove my point, in french, which I hardly knew a couple of years ago so my skills there are much worse than your english skills (I hope this translation makes sense):

BKPs in use: 10th set / RY set / Holy Diver b, Emerald n / Crawler bridge, Slowhand mid MQ neck/ Manhattan n
On the sidelines: Stockholm b / Suppermassive n, Mule n, AM set, IT mid

I would agree that more information would be helpful.

1) What are the tonal characteristics of the DN500? It's not a guitar or wood I have experience of so it would help to know if it's naturally bright, dark, middy or balanced.

2) Something more specific about the EMG set would be nice to know as at the moment I don't understand exactly what you want to change. My first thoughts would be either Miracle Man or Black Hawk for the bridge position at least.

3) What do you want out of the bridge and neck positions specifically as tastes are usually quite distinct for each position?

4) If the LTD is your core tone, what do you want to be different about the Ibanez? I assume you don't want both guitars to be essentially the same so it seems logical to conclude that you want each guitar to do something slightly different even if they are connected in some way.
BKP owned:

Bridge - Emerald; Cold Sweat; Crawler; A-Bomb; Holydiver; Miracle Man; Sinner; Trilogy Suite

Neck - Emerald; Cold Sweat; Crawler; Holydiver; Sinner; Trilogy Suite

I listen to a lot of post hardcore as well, I would say the Nailbomb set would be good for that.

that should be fine.

you could try an od boost, that might do it. a tubescreamer or clone or a boss sd1 or something like that.

if you want new pickups you could do that too.

EDIT: better speakers might help, too. peavey speakers don't have the best reputation, but that's only hearsay, I haven't tried them much myself. Celestion vintage 30s would be a good starting point (though replacing 4 speakers will be very expensive, getting a cabinet which is already loaded with vintage 30s could well be cheaper... the harley benton g212 vintage on thomann is pretty nice for the money, for example, and costs little more than two vintage 30s).
