Neck Replacement For Seymour Sh-1 in Charvel

On my Charvel San Dimas MIJ alder body/maple neck installed Holydiver bridge and Cold Sweat neck...
I usually play '80 classic metal (iron maiden cover) and I was looking for Dave Murray neck lead sound.
Now I can say that Holydiver is the perfect bridge pick up but Cold Sweat neck has not been the right choise  :(
I mean that for my taste Cold Sweat sounds too trebly and "modern" and I can't get that warm-round-fluid Murray tone.
Moreover, that neck sound come from my Gibson Les Paul Historic '58 with Stormy Monday... So, what can I do?
maybe I could replace Cold Sweat with VHII???

If the CS neck is too bright the VHII neck would be a step in the right direction. I had both pickups each in two different guitars (a Les Paul and the PRS Custom), and in both the VHII neck sounded bigger. Compared to the CS neck the VHII neck has a bit more vintage attitude. If you want more vintage flavor than that, look at the Abraxas neck.

Thanks God the neck lead Murray sound is easy to listen and understand but at the same time it's hard to try different BN pickups before buying...
I'll sell the Cold Sweat but I must be sure about the substitute... I can't fail this time!
DiMarzio 36th Anniversary could be the solution, easy to find as second-hand and easy to re-sell, but I love BN so I'm in serious trouble  :?
