Those of you who used to spend far too much time over on the MusicRadar forum will have noticed that it's been offline for a couple of weeks, with little signs of any imminent return. Indeed, the longer it's offline, the greater the likelihood that it'll be a permanent closure, with the loss of years (and years, and years) of knowledge contributed in millions of posts, by thousands of people.
Over the last week a few of us have been rather busy, creating a new home for the distraught, wandering homeless ex-MR members. I know that many people here were members there (and vice versa), so this post is to let you know that we can now be found at
www.thefretboard.co.uk.
I owe a big THANKS to Tim for allowing me to post this announcement here - it was a little cheeky to ask, but theFretBoard ("theFB" - see what we did there?) could never rival this forum for the in-depth knowledge of all things BKP and BKP-related (nor would we ever try to) and I'm sure that Tim and BKP take far more care and interest of its members here than MR did of its (former) forum members.
