This is something i've been meaning to watch for god knows how long. And now it's over.. Seems like the perfect time to start that way I can watch it all in the space of a few weeks which is my preferable way to watch a series.

It seems to be pretty hyped up. Is it good though?

Fantastic show. I also loved The Sopranos and The Wire but I wouldn't put it in the same category. Equally as good but requires more suspension of disbelief.

its one of those shows that is being hyped because its so good ... and its finally nearly at its conclusion.

Its not perfect, i struggled to stay interested at the end of season one and start of season two because of one particular bad guy having too much screen time.  but once i got over that its been compulsive viewing ever since

I don't have much patience with TV series but I am intrigued by this one.

I've put Season 1 on my Lovefilm list but they're taking a while to send it (guess it's more popular than the obscure horror movies I normally rent...)

It is amazing. I never get into TV shows but I downloaded the first series last year whilst bored on holiday and it grabbed me hook line and sinker. As Wez said, it isn't perfect but it more than makes up for that in many, many other ways.

Bryan Cranston should play all the parts in all the things.

It's been great and they have chosen to let it end rather than drag it on season after season which is much better as a storytelling process.

Also enjoying Orphan Black, Homeland , and Boardwalk Empire of late ....oh and Luther (Superb)

Yep, can't add anything here. Watch it :-)

Luther was excellent.

The Dexter conclusion was very poor, however :-(

I just started watching BB, into the second season so far. Incredible! Mrs has just started Dexter, and I'm already pushed for time between two jobs and a hectic home life, but am already addicted to both series.  :?

The real downside is trying to stick my fingers in my ears and go "LALALALA" very loudly whenever people around me start talking about the current episodes, hah!

Well, one more episode left and I'm not looking forward to it. Until I find a suitable replacement I'm going to have a big hole in my TV viewing.

Following the last episode I've got a fair idea of how it might end although I am expecting the unexpected and am sure I'll be totally wrong.

No spoilers here though so don't worry, you don't have to go Nad.

I think I hate being indecisive.

Sweet heh. After BB I'll finish Dexter and then to lighten the mood I'll have a Firefly marathon again (I do that every once in a while...).

After that, who knows? I've heard a lot of good stuff about Homeland, and I've still not finished the final season of Prison Break yet.
