Mule, Abraxas or Crawler are the three that leap to mind, depending on the brightness or otherwise of your guitar. I'll focus on just the bridge pickups for now and we can look at the neck later.
Of those three, the Mules are the brightest and as they're using a light wind with vintage wire and an AIV magnet, you can expect them to be bright and open with a rounded sound. Very much a traditional PAF. The Abraxas is a modern take on a traditional PAF. Again, it uses an AIV magnet but a more modern wire in a hotter wind. This will give the pickup more cut while the AIV magnet retains its sweet PAF nature. The hotter wind will give it a bit more bottom end and more mids, which will also help with the cut. Like the Abraxas, the Crawler also uses a more modern wire to help with the cut but this is a hotter wind again, producing a thicker and darker tone that is very rich and satisfying. It's not dominated by bass but there are also a lot of low mids, which gives it that dark, fat character. Naturally, this is the most compressed of the three but it's not excessive and has a real growl to it. All three will go from Blues to Classic Rock with relative ease and cover a little bit of Metal.
