That all looks insanely clean! Can't listen to clips as I'm at work.

That is such a cool pedal. Even though it's not a silver machine with that decal, your skills as a pedal builder are clearly in the master of the universe category and this is an Electronic No 1 standard device. I should probably stop this now, it's clearly time we left this world today.

If you did add any further noises to it, you could call the combined ensemble the Orgone Accumulator...

If I'd have the space, there'd have been value in a tremolo/vibrato (it would have got a RunOffGroove Tri-Vibe), definitely. Tremming spacey sounds always sounds cool.

I think you should do it. I also have to add to the Juan love by saying that the Darkside you built, when combined with my DGT into the Cornell, produces EXACTLY the massive, slightly edgy, over driven tone I've always been after.

Wow, this thread certainly brought the Hawkwind fans out.

I really wanted to use the Space Ritual album art, but I just couldn't make it work on the pedal :(

I've had my wrists slapped on the DIY forums for that sort of thing in the past ;)

On a slightly more serious note, The Warrior on the Edge of Time art would make a great pedal backdrop:

The Michael Moorc--k connection is one of my favourite things about Hawkwind. Well, while I wait I'm off to drop acid and read all the Elric books. Again.

Me too, it's been a while.  I'll skip the acid though, bad for the digestion....

I have a "Moorc--k catch-up" about once a decade or so, at which point I either find he's had a resurgence and written five or six new books, or he's disappeared back into semi-obscurity and most of his books have gone out of print.  It was nice when they did the 14-volume Tale of the Eternal Champion collection about 15 years ago.

I've been filling the gaps in my collection.

It'd smart. I totted it up when someone else asked. Just in parts, before I've even lifted a finger there's over £100 there ( unlike most bootique pedals ;) ), then a lot of work. I'd be looking at £250 to do another, it'd take a while... Two of the boards are out of stock for a start and it took forever to get all the parts together for it.

I haven't ruled it out though, I think Cleggy is wanting one. So I might get in all the bits to do two.
