I get my technology news from http://www.theregister.co.uk and I am a deciple of the BOFH (if you don't know the series you really should).

My workmate went for the AA but I am convinced the he thought it was battery related.

Bar-steward Operator From Hell.

I think... it's been a while since I read the Reg, I prefer its bar-steward offspring, The Inquirer.

As in computer operator, I presume... it makes more sense in the mainframe realm.
