Yesterday was our annual parade/kung fu demo (which I lovingly refer to as 'hung ga boot camp'). It essentially amounts to marching around every square inch of Manhattan's China Town carrying heavy objects in the bitter (sub freezing and sometimes sub Zero) temperatures, all for the glory of ... I'm not sure what, but it certainly separates the men/women from the boys/girls! :)

A few select pics from this year's endeavour; I actually performed a demo this year, but was unable to take any Selfies! :)
