This could be regarded as spam but I'ts of relevant interest to you all!

My guitar teacher John Mizarolli is performing two gigs with his band this year and asked for the info to be sent to guitar fans. From what I saw of his playing at his house these gigs should be very good. This man is a bit of a genius on the guitar and has had a feature in Guitarist mag. He can play in virtually any style and it's jaw dropping!

Out of interest Johnny - and if you don't mind me asking - but how much do you pay for your lessons with him?

not close to me but quite near my nans house who lives in dorchester... i could go and stay with her with a mate or two and we could got to the poole gig.....

what style is his band exactly?

hi Willo, it was around £420 for 16 hours but i had more time than that it must gone over 20 hours. He'll give you tonnes of work I'm still going through all mine!

Well he sounds exactly like Hendrix when it's required. He does all sorts of cool stuff though. When i had a lesson once, he improvised using all the greek scales and then added the hendrix tones and phrasing it was totally unique! He was demonstrating the improvistional side of things and mixing up what ever you fancy (long as you know your theory ect!) So at one of his gigs just expect a few Hendrix, blues, van halen stuff and then who knows....! He can shred like a mutha too! He needs to get some Bare Knuckles too. I told him about them and he sounded interested!
