Well, what can I say after the shot inquary earlier. Congrats on getting them.
While I am 90% sure that they will rock you, cause they are perhaps the single most amazing set I have ever had (the mojo...and I actually loooove the middle position!!!), but even if you do not initially, man, just keep em around, if anything is wrong it is not the pickups, just the guitar they are in.
The do an amazing Slash, with that coarse, natural, original rock sound, blues like nothing can reach them, and Jazz only comparable with the Manhattan. Plus actually for some reason in my top three ever for pinched harmonics (with the RY and Stockholm). That makes them amazing for learning how to throw them into your playing and solo playing especially, at least it did for me. When I use them I switch between the mellower blues sound and adding gain by pedal to go a bit ZZ Top and go really crazy and offer up modern blues playing with a lot of pinched harmonics. you know, for those parts where you just go wiiiild.
Allright, now get em in and try it all. From low to high, the are shockingly great. Just dial in the height, these are almost as senstitive as my RY bridge.
PS: These seem to looove pure nickel wound strings more than anything else in my experience. Also boosters, preferably on the clean side, but medium set. And the guitar controlls are king.
Btw, are yours potted or not?
