Do you mean a Tele Deluxe with the big Wide Range Fender humbuckers?
To fit BKs you'd need a new scratchplate, but they would fit in the pickup cavities. I'm not sure about the leg length, though - I suspect you might need a bit of routing to accommodate long legs.
