I recently stuck some BK country boys in an old nasty beat up squier tele just as an experiment. OMG it was amazing.
I have an Eggle New York and I love the guitar but just not happy with the pups. I want it a little more countryfied.
I fancy swapping them out for something like Country Boys or something to make my NY sound a bit Albert Lee.
Anyone on here ever swap out Eggle NY pups for BKPs?
Is it easy to do? For an idiot like me?
Also any advice on what pups to swap them out for would be tremendous. Especially the bridge pup.
