Pickup specs/sizing and recommendation question

Hello, bare knucklers- I have a Charvel Desolation DS-1 and I like my SD blackouts, but I certainly like the sound of passive humbuckers also. Any recommendations for a bare knuckle set? I play mostly hard rock to metal. I've owned a painkiller and cold sweat in a LP knockoff, but I got rid of it. Those pickups wouldn't fit in my charvel.
I need an indication of the sizing specs as well for the DS-1. Thanks, all.

miracle man bridge/cold sweat neck tends to be a winner set for most rock/metal applications, specially for a mahog/maple guitar

Check out the aftermath if you are tuning lower. I recommend the black hawks
