I hear the term "organic" on this forum very often when describing the sound of some pickup. But i'm not sure i understand it right.
Could someone please describe the meaning of "organic" in this context?

The opposite of "organic" would be cold, precise, clinically accurate. Organic would mean warm, rich, earthy, complex, maybe with nuances that aren't so "precise" or "accurate" sounding but might be unique or nonetheless musical.

Ah, i see. Most of the time i assumed organic means "juicy"/"chewy", but then i was confused because my sound clip research shows that BKPs sound mostly dry and airy which seems to be the fabled BKP clarity (feel free to correct me if i'm wrong here). No wonder, since aparently the meaning is much broader. Thanks for the clarification.
