I got me a tc Electronic Flashback X4 the other day. A delay pedal. This has just about anything I am likely to want in a delay pedal plus a bit extra. I am a sucker for delay generally but one has to be careful not to overdo it doesn't one. It isn't easy though given that there is so much fun to be had. I was impressed with the vintage tape settings and there is also a Space Echo setting and I used to like the original back in the day.

So I am working on some really subtle settings to add a bit to my live tone. I also bought a tc Electronic Hall of Fame but for someone else as a pressie but stupidly I tried it out and I rather liked it. The two go well together too and I am tempted to hold onto it. Bearing in mind, like Mr Wilde, I can resist anything except temptation, I can see me taking another trip to Andertons soon.

Congrats! I like the X4. It's quite big, but it has so many good options, that I'm tempted to get one sooner or later. I have a TC fourknob Spark Boost which I use a lot. TC makes nice pedals for reasonable prices.

Thanks guys. I am not big on pedals but as you say Telerocker, the X4 is big but , for me, manageable. Looks like I am going to have to buy another Hall of Fame, I like this rather a lot.
