More new Feline String pack designs
« on: March 22, 2006, 07:02:58 PM »
Some of you may recall that we have had Vince Ray do some cool artwork for us for our T-shirts and he has been working on some string packet designs too.
So here are the first views for you guys at the BKP forum......

We hope that we can have some of these ready for the London Guitar Show as well
In time we hope to make t-shirts out of the designs too

We will also have loads of BKP loaded axes with us as well- including some left handed ones too and maybe a couple of cheaper "pimped" axes

EDIT- have now replaced the image with the wrong string label - many thanks to dave _mc for spotting it

Actually the designs have had very good/positive responses from ladies who have seen them.
It is the guys who have been more PC about it all - worried that ladies would be offended, whilst the ladies have been more open minded about it and have a laugh over them.

And to be fair guys playing outnumber girls by 5:1 or more.

I was possibly more worried about "church players" taking offence but they have seemed cool about it too.

I took the attitude that it was supposed to be "Rock n Roll" and rock n roll is supposed to be fun and a little "edgy"

I want a set of purrfect 10s. The artwork is very cool. Wish I could draw well like that, all I'm good for is drawing "still life" plants and stuff.

I think we are gonna go with Picato because we wanted to go British, just like we do with BKP

I had looked at using LaBella because I personally really like them
I rather liked the Framus strings that Tim uses too

Ah - thanks for that - Vince seems to have gone back and used the same string gauge  on the pack
It should be a 9-46
Well done for spotting that - like I said the artwork is hot off the press

so if someone snaps a string on their Feline custom, would you be able to get them a G-string for their pussy?

Or is this just way too rude?
The large print giveth, and the small print taketh away...

That's what I thought, that's why I pointed it out (but I wanted to hedge my bets, in case I was being a retard, or they had a different coating or something   )

Cheers!
