I am mainly a hardrock /modern metal player.
I want a neck pickup that pairs wel with the ceramic nailbom bridge .
II'll be playing it through a engl ironball amp with a 2x12 engl cab and a ESP eclipse . Im eying the coldsweat, holy diver and miracle man but cant make up my mind. The coldsweat seems to be very much the same as the c-bomb bridge when I look at the chart or am I wrong?. Maybe you could describe the 3 neckpickups I mentioned and recommend from your own experience  what would be the best for modern metal lead tones.

Cold Sweat, I have exactly the same combo in Dean Cadillac.

Cold Sweat has great cleans as well as amazing fluid lead tone.
It`s clear and crispy but quite bassy at the same time, it`s more into PAF direction in my opinion than super modern, searing tone.

CBomb and Cold Sweat match really well.

from what I gathered here, if you`re looking for modern lead tone CS will fulfill that much better than either MM and HD, the last to apparently as more vintage sounding (especially HD)
Dean Cadillac - Emerald (b), Cold Sweat (n),
Mayones Flame CS2000 - Miracle Man (b), Sinner (m), Aftermath (n)
Warmoth Custom Telecaster - Cold Sweat (b) VHII (n)
Warmoth Custom Tele - Miracle Man set

I understand the Miracle Man neck is really good but because it's so hot, it rarely seems to get much use. The Holydiver neck is sublime but quite PAF-like so may not be hot enough to pair with a C-Bomb. You can't go wrong with the Cold Sweat.

It's surprising how few people there are on here who ever seem to go for the calibrated sets!

I have a Nailbomb set, but with the alnico bridge

I would suggest Rebel Yell, Nailbomb, Cold Sweat, or VHII depending on your taste.  All will work fine with the C-Bomb.  I think the Miracle Man neck will be too hot for the Nailbomb bridge.

You could also consider the Supermassive HSP-90, but be prepared for some hum.

Some people just don't like the Nailbomb neck.

To my mind it is more suited to the thrash metal or hardcore punk player.  It's not round or smooth like some of the other choices, and its not quite as dark as most of the smoother sounding ones.

I have the Cold Sweat set as well.  I tend to think the CS neck would match better with the C-Bomb than with the A-Bomb.  Originally I had  the A-Bomb/CS combo in my SG and always found the smooth/rough combination to not work well, but the hairiness of the A-Bomb is accentuated in an SG.  When I got a CS bridge for my SG I moved the A-Bomb into my Explorer and bought a Nailbomb neck for it.  So after starting out with the mixed set I bought the other pickups to make two calibrated sets.

Other choices I considered for the Explorer to go with the A-Bomb were the Rebel Yell, VHII, Supermassive, and Stockholm.  IN the end I went for the matched set, but the Rebel Yell was the strongest contender.  Personally I would recommend the RY over the CS for you, as it is like the CS only a little brighter.  I think your choice is probably between the CS and the RY

In your case, Rebel yell or cold sweat. With your set up (guitar, amp, etc.) either will do just fine. Most important, how does your guitar sound naturally? Unplugged? This will help narrow down the decision for you.

As always, keep it evil
