Wiring Pic.... Help needed

This is how I got the guitar back from the shop. The humbuckers are working but the Trilogy isn't for the most part. The 3 middle positions on the 5 way are barely audible.

Here's a schematic I drew of the current wiring.

The wiring does look correct - although the coil tap wires are not in place
Connect the green and white from bridge pickup to the tag next to where the yellow wire is . Connect a wire from the next tag along to the back of the volume pot and on the final tag connect the green and white from the neck pickup.
Now disconnect the yellow link wire.

Do positions 2 and 4 sound strong or weak and tinny?
If they are weak then reverse the red and black wires from each of the two humbuckers (as the weak tinny - almost honky sound indicates an out of phase connection

Distance from strings is also a critical factor
If the middle pickup is too far away from the strings and the humbuckers are close you may well percieve a big volume difference

Positions 2,3,4 are very weak sounding. Not really a honky sound, but you can hardly hear it. And the MMs sound a bit too bright. Next to the yellow on which side?

Ok I did the first part and the humbuckers still sounded thin and bright, but I had the middle working. I then swapped the red and black wires around on the humbuckers. Now the humbuckers sound great but the middle pup is back to being barely audible.

SUCCESS  :!: Thank you so very much Jonathan :D  Your instructions were dead on. The Trilogy wasn't working because the wire was rubbing against the body each time I put it back together, once I re-soldered that connection I was good to go. 2 and 4 are a bit thin, but the MMS were really bright with the reds going to the volume pot. Now it's not only working but I'll be getting my money back from the shop. Thanks again Jonathan
