Hi everyone. I have a modded PRS SC, with PRS 59/09 Treble pup in the bridge and BKP The Mule Neck in the neck; 1 three-way toggle, 1 master vol, 1 master tone, 2 miniswithces: series-coil tap-parallel for the neck; series-coil tap for the bridge.
Before The Mule, I had a DiMarzio PAF 36th in the neck. Everything worked fine, but I wasn't fully satisfied of the neck tone, so I tried The Mule.
Now, in the neck positions everything works fine, and I love the tone; but something doesn't work in the middle positions. I think the two pups could be in counter-pahse. I tried to swap the wires, nothing good. So, I would like to try flipping the magnet inside. It wasn't easy to remove it, because of the wax; but, even if I was able to take the mag from under the coils, it seems to be glued to the screw bar under the screw coil. But if I don't pull the mag off from the screw bar, it would be impossible to flip it correctly. Anyone did it? Any suggestion? Thanx.
