Sad news from World Guitars

I know some of the guys on here have visited and purchased from World Guitars in the past.  I just came across this sad news on Facebook

Yes, I heard about it last week.  Sad news indeed.

Last year I bought a guitar from him. Because the shop was not particularly busy at the time we had a long chat and he talked about his previous business Machinehead. He was an interesting character. He loved his guitars, was very knowledgeable and I didn't find him to be 'pushy' although I confess I did leave with a PRS. Sad news.

I bought my first "real" guitar from Jeff @ Machinehead... He couldn't have been more helpful to a 14 year old who knew nothing at the time. Still got that lovely Jap P-Bass. RIP.
