Based on those videos it seems less fluid than the Friedman can get on the HBE channel. The HBE has probably my second favorite lead tone behind the Cameron CCV, which had by far the best and most fluid lead tone I've ever heard. I've owned mark IIc+'s, SLO, Engls, and a Bogner Ecstasy, and other amps that are known for great fluid leads and the CCV's lead tone was head and shoulders above any of those, but there are other amps I'd prefer for everything other than leads.
It also seems to have way less gain than the Wizards and Friedmans. The main thing though I noticed was it didn't really have a throaty growl on powerchords, which is the most important thing for me. The Cameron CCV and Wizard don't have it either unfortunately, but the Gowers and a good Mark IIC+ does. It also seems to sound brighter and not as thick as Friedmans.
So I'm not crazy about the overall voicing based on the clips, but it seems like it could have really good clarity, punch, and uncompressed, but I'd have to play it person to know that for sure.
