Heya,

I thought I should contrast my clean Abraxas clip I did a while ago.  Here are some Immortal riffs from the song Withstand the Fall of Time.   It was done with my Washburn with Abraxas, into the guitarport.

Need improvement on the playing, but the tone is $%&#ing AMAZING

but playing i cant comment on
1.) because i suck
 
and
2.0 cause ive never heard the original before

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh i forgot my new term ahahahah Blaspicking
its used for thrash, black and death metal
moistly for black and death
but slayer uses and abuses of it a lot.

wow, i was obssessing over this track earlier!

good riffing! abraxas sounds cool!

blastpicking is a good term!! Hard to do on 2 strings at once for powerchords.. immortal use them alot

I like the bluntness!  Makes me know there is some work to be done.

Thanks to everyone for the comments.  

Chrisola, yea the picking is fast and hard!  I didn't record some of the riffs to the song for that reason.
