I'm considering one of these pickup sets so I can play 80s/Modern melodic rock on my custom 3pup guitar. It only has room for single coil size pickups and has a master volume and a master tone (250k).

I currently have a set of Irish Tours which are great but not for the style I want to play. I may move the IT set to a reissue Rory Gallagher style strat (year?).

It looks like you want something with more output.

Of the pickups you listed, the only one I am familiar with is the DiMarzio Injector neck. In the neck/middle positions it is indeed louder than an average single coil and can keep up a bit better volume wise with a medium output humbucker in the bridge. I only used it with 500k pots. It still retains a stratty character. Besides that, it is humcancelling.

The only BKP single coil I have hands on experience with is the Slowhand bridge. Based on your description, the Trilogy Suite could be interesting.

The output on the Sinner is substantial but lacks the hum cancelling effect of the Paul Gilberts or the Lace.

250k pots are the standard on all these pups. 500k would make them very shrill?

That depends on your guitar and amp. I use the Injector neck in the middle of a ash body/maple cap strat. Bridge pickup is a Holydiver bridge, neck pickup is a Di Marzio Virtual Vintage Heavy Blues 2. I use 500k pots with that set up and it does not sound shrill to me.
