Mother's Milk set with baseplates on all pickups.
« on: May 03, 2016, 04:43:02 PM »
Hi guys,
Recently ordered a set of MM pickups with baseplates for an early 60's strat, rosewood slab fretboard, one piece alder body.
I wondered if some of you have tried baseplates on MM neck and middle pickups, not only in the bridge position, and would really appreciate some feedback.

Decided to include baseplates on all pickups for I was concerned in them being too trebly in combination with my amps, but this was really a long shot for I never tried MMs with or without baseplates. Hope I made a good choice!!

Cheers,
Fran

Just try, the Mother's Milk don't have so much bass. Fiddle with the height to find the sweet spots.
Mules, VHII, Crawler, MM's, IT's, BG50's.

Cheers Telerocker,
Pickups are on their way home, can't wait to receiving them.

Kind regards,
Fran
