Wiring help - please

Hi,

Can anyone help with what colour wires go where. I have a volume pot, an off-on-off switch and a 4 conductor aftermath.
I don't have much hair left and would really like to not pull the rest out ;-)

Red goes to the top, Green and White soldered together and goes to the middle, and black & bare (buncha tiny silver wires) soldered together and goes to the bottom.
