Anyone try a BG flat 50 and Piledriver in the bridge of their tele/esquire?

How do they compare?

I've had them in different guitars. I really liked the bg flat 50, good old fashioned Tele tone.

I found the piledriver to be a bit of an odd beast in some ways. Sounded good but not what I wanted in a Tele.

It's a choice between a beefy vintage 50's tele pickup and a potent modern rockpickup. That's a basically the difference. If you play hardrock/metal the Piledriver will do for sure. For anything else, I would pick the BG50.
Mules, VHII, Crawler, MM's, IT's, BG50's.
