Personally, I'd go with the AV Warpig for a few reasons. Firstly, the tone of alnico pickups is generally superior so unless you need something seriously tight sounding and you're prepared to sacrifice some tone to achieve that, a good alnico pup gives the best results in my experience. The other reason is that maple neck-thru guitars tend to be quite middy so the fact that the A-Pig has slightly less mids than the C-Pig actually works in your favour in that guitar. Finally, I think you'll find that the A-Pig is a bit more versatile.
As for the neck pickup, ceramic neck pickups are very rare and I don't think I've ever heard of anyone going with an alnico bridge and ceramic neck, however, if you do want ceramic in the neck, yopu do have options. Obviously using a Painkiller neck is one option as that's just the way it's made but if it was me, I'd get a Miracle Man bridge model and just put that in the neck. The Miracle Man is the number one option for maple neck-thru guitars because it suits that construction perfectly so there's no reason why it shouldn't be equally good in the neck position. You'll get a tighter tone that certainly won't be muddy in any way but the tone is seriously impressive and I don't usually like ceramic pickups.
