Pickup similar to Dimarzio dactivator but better
« on: December 29, 2016, 10:04:08 AM »
Still looking for my new Bareknuckle.
I like this dimarzio bridge pickup dactivator, it have has a very stong pick attack, good harmonics and very tight, but is not perfect i wish it was:

- A little Less output
- a little bit more open sounding
- A little bit more versatile

Does barekncukle have a pickup similar for me with the features described above?

The guitar is a schecter BlackJack with body and mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard.

Apparently the ceramic Warpig is the closest to the Deactivator.

The ceramic warpig still has quite alot of low end.

It depends on which aspect of the Dactivator you like. I think Eric Hellstyle has made some good proposals there.
