Telecaster 3 way switch no tone on bridge
« on: January 17, 2017, 05:34:14 PM »
I normally have my tele setup like an esquire one bridge pickup and the eldred setup of 1. bridge pup no tone  2. Bridge pickup with tone 3. c--ked wah tone.

I'm about to do a tour where I need my neck pickup and I need the tone pot for the neck pup but still dont want it for the bridge as its much brighter (I use piledriver set) is there a wiring for normall 3 way one volume 1 tone that takes the tone out when bridge pickup is selected?

you can definitely wire that.

just do a standard telecaster wiring, and instead of wiring the tone pot to the volume control, wire it to the neck pick lead on the switch
