help me find the right strat pickups!
« on: May 28, 2017, 06:40:46 PM »
recently bought a new fender strat with a full rosewood neck (lovely by the way). guitar came with the fender fat 50s pickups which are decent enough in the neck and mid but the bridge is anything but fat. its super thin sounding and chords sound terrible. clean single note stuff is decent but i need something that sounds big. something that growls but still sounds like a strat. something fatter. any thoughts?

The model that came to mind for me was the Slow Hands, but I'm no Strat expert.
