Double screw neck pickups
« on: September 02, 2017, 07:10:11 PM »
Does anyone know which of the double screw neck pickups (Aftermath, Juggernaut, Warpig) has the brightest, closer to vintage, type sound?
I guess on paper, probably the Juggernaut neck?
Thanks.

Hard question. Dunno about the aftermath, but between the two others, the Juggernaut over the C-pig. Anyway, not very vintage any of them, are you going to put aesthetics first to tone?... probably a bad idea.

Juggernaut is based on VH2, with monor EQ and output changes that is.
Aftermath (bridge), alnico Black hawk (set), holydiver (set)

Cool thanks guys.
Yeah I barely use the neck, but I want something w/ double screws for cosmetic reasons.
I know none of them is gonna be like a vintage pup, but figured Juggerneck would be closest of the options.
