New covers for HDs
« on: December 04, 2017, 05:13:37 PM »
Hi guys,

I have a mis-matched (colour that is)  pair of HDs - one in cream and the other in black.  I now want to put them in my Les Paul Custom which has gold hardware.  How do I go about getting some new gold covers for them, maybe with an engraving?

Cheers,
Jim

Definitively gold. Graving could be cool if you have any cool ideas ;).

Question for Tom and the team

Can I buy engraved custom covers to put on my HDs?  I want either matt black with an engraving or Gold also with an engraving.

Cheers,
Jim

I think your best bet is to e-mail them and ask Ben.

You'll have to contact BKP and mail the pickups to them.  They will install the covers and wax pot them and I think they charge 35 pounds a cover?   They don't sell separate covers.
