****ing Hails Fellows
how are yah?
i was messing with the 5150 in high output levels and decided to shoot a take
i didnīt organized what i should play, so a lot of gas and mystakes, iīll record a new one, better playing, with some leads and a more organized riffage . .. and better quality too.
hope you enjoy it.
its on you tube .com
4 minutes i guess.
ENjoy.
the tone isnīt great, since iīm still learnign how to work with it and the room does contribute to a lot of reverb on the sound.
Hails
It was played with my Ibanez prestige s1220wnf stock cr@ppy qm1 and qm2 pickups.
pre gain on 5, post gain on 3,5
J.P
AH... it is tuned to C standard.

Nice riffs, with some BK's and a better mic you'll get some great tones to show us

5150 actually sound pretty nice, better than I'd have thought from what I've heard about them.

^nah, there's nothing wrong with the sound of the 5150, just on a scale of 1-10 for versatility, it scores about a 1... which is why I don't like it. I don't play solely metal, and need great cleans and crunch in addition to balls-to-the-wall metal tones.

but yeah, that sounds pretty evil, good job, WFD!

Hails Guys
i really didnīt like the clip, i posted it in a Hurry.
it was a MORE OR LESS cool take, and i decided to put online.. since thereīs a lot of time that i have the amp, and didnīt put any clips online
i can do it better, and iīll do.
My manly concern is about the riffage.. i can play it better .. and i didnīt organize myself to play a pre defined sequency of riffs.Thats the reaosn that i alwasy stopped the playing after the end of each riff, i had to think on the next riff.
Q:p
It was totally improvised.. except from the Twillgiht Odyssey riff, the slayer riff (first one, spirit in black) and the Mayhem riff.
