don't forget the screamer and sovereign too, if you're willing to go combo!
from what i hear, the new sovereign would be great for the tones you're after (and a bit cheaper than a savage), and the screamer is really good, for the cost...
(clearly not exactly the same thing i posted on the engl forum, lol)
