Ways to ID unidentified BKP humbucker and HSP90
« on: July 24, 2020, 02:40:38 AM »
Hi guys, a guy offered to sell me an awesome looking loaded Warmoth tele deluxe body that he said has two BKPs in it, a humbucker bridge and an HSP90 in the neck. He has no idea what kind of BKPs they are though, the person who sold it to him may have known but it was a while back. I think he's being honest, so for the sake of focusing on how to figure out what kind of BKP they are let's assume he is.
BKP never has the name of the pickup on the base plate, right? Are there serial numbers anywhere on the PU? Would I be able to narrow it down to just one model if I had one of those tools that measures the output (can't think of the name of it right now)?
Currently: Silo, Rebel Yell, Crawler, VHII, Juggernaut, Holy Diver, Impulse, Cold Sweat neck, Impulse neck, Aftermath neck.
Formerly: C-Bomb, Piledriver, Cold Sweat, Mule, all my non-BKPs 😉
