Pickup recommendation for my Balaguer Anomaly

I need a solid bridge pickup. The one currently in it I cant get along with. It's way too mid heavy and treble heavy. Just not for me. I usually go for the more contemporary pickups. I've owned Aftermaths, Cold Sweats, Ragnaroks and have got along with all of them. I was leaning towards the Silo or getting another Rag, just wasn't sure what would work best with my specs. It's a roasted ash body, headless roasted maple neck and fingerboard, 25.5, 24 frets, hardtail, HSS configuration, 5 switch, volume and tone with an additional coil split for the bridge. I mostly play prog metal and metalcore. I like a nice tight bridge with a lot of clarity! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advanced to all who help <3

You might like the Impulse set. They also make a single coil version as a special order. Very tight and clear.  The bottom end is very tight, mids fairly neutral, top end slightly rolled off, just very balanced and tight.  The only guitars it doesn't suit are those that lack bottom end because it doesn't add much bottom end at all.

It can certainly djent - as demonstrated in the following video - but I can also get Sunn O))) tones out of the neck pickup in my Schecter C-1 Blackjack ATX with this set, which I have in a guitar set up in Ab standard (Mournful Congregation tuning) for funeral doom.

I'd say the Silo will be a great choice in there for the styles you play, and offer something different to what you have already tried too. Do you know what the current pickup you have in there is?

It's their own pickup called a truenobucker!

Interesting, the Truenobucker apparently has a 16k wind (presumably 44AWG) and a tall A5 magnet. I can understand that sounding quite full-on midrange-wise, especially if it's symmetrically wound. However, unless your pickup is malfunctioning you should be getting a fair bit of low end too, given those specs.

At this point I'm a bit concerned that the brightness you're experiencing and mid-heaviness may not be the the pickup's fault. Does your guitar have a trem or a fixed bridge? The bridge type and material drastically affect the amount of low frequencies in the string, with low mass hardware generally producing the least amount of low end and the zing-iest highs. Add to that that lightweight, headless guitars often tend to be even leaner in low end and livelier up top, I'm thinking it might be the guitar that isn't reproducing that low end and is overemphasising the treble frequencies.
This doesn't have to be a bad thing though - for example strandberg guitars have become extremely desirable off the same set of tonal characteristics. I just worried that a pickup swap may not fix the issue you're trying to resolve. What other guitars do you usually play?

With the answers to those queries we can narrow down what pickup might be suitable here. At the moment I'm unsure, because the Silo sits in a similar spot spec-wise, and though it will undoubtedly sound different it may not be a drastic enough change for you.

So the bridge is hard tail. Individual saddles like a lot of headless guitars have! It has low end but it's not a lot. It seems like the bridge pickup had a huge mid boost going on. Whenever i switch to the other pickups it sounds perfectly fine and full even with the single coils in the middle and neck positions! Thank you with all your help so far, Nolly!
