ok i can only imagine how many of thesse newbies you get as a member of many forums it can be a painin the ass! but ok i have an ibanez rg1570 prestige :P its great however after buying a more recent ibanez with duncan designed pickups ive noticed the sheer difference a good humbucker can make! sadly id have to buy a neck / single / and bridge pickups. (sadly because of my wallet)  so for my rg1570 what do i buy?! heres my influences please please recomend im trying to get as many oppinions as possible! pm me or just reply cheers

iron maiden / S.O.A.D / rammstein / JOE SATRIANI (big time imfluence theese piclups must soung gorgeous clean too) /machine head / M.A.B / vai /john 5 / dream theater / g3 in general /dragon force / iced earth and van halen. that covers the main tones i dabble in folk and country blues flamenco ect so please advise

Welcome to the forum,
I would recommend the nailbomb's for your humbuckers and the irish tour for the middle single coil. Check out Tim's track in the players room for the nailbomb.
Mule,Trilogy,Irish Tours,Holy Diver and Apaches.

I'll second Steve's advice.

The Warpig is way too much for the styles you play. The Nailbomb does it all and goes great with RG's.

If you like the look of the Warpig, BKP can make you a similar distressed cover for the Nailbomb.

The nailbomb is one of the most versatile pickups ever, it can do all of the tones you mentioned.

the warpig would probably be a bit too far for your influences, and you'd be losing dynamics that needn't be. If when yu said it "looks" great yu were actually just referring to the aesthetics you could always order another pickup with the battleworn custom camo cover...
I second the nailbomb, which tends to be the favoured pickup of many Ibanez players, (including myself). It is a very versatile pickup which will get all the tones you've mentioned better than any other pickup i reckon.
LOVING the Mules!

Welcome to the forum good sir. Steve suggested Irish Tours above. I have not played these ( I have Apaches) but they are in Fender's Texas  Specials sort of ballpark- i.e. hot ish single coils.

Hey, I would go with Steve's pick for all of them.  When i read your influences, which 90% reflect mine, and then read Steve's reply, I raised my hands in victory, because it confirmed my choice after hearing AAAlllll the clips, as  I'm a huge Satriani fan and am waiting a bit unpatiently for that very set combo, that's in the mail,  for my strat!  I mean, have you heard Joe's new Super Collossall?  Get it now as well as the Nailbomb/ IT  combo!   Cheers,  Lifted
